Lemon Thyme has golden leafs leafs with strong lemon odour. Because of this strong odour, many people prefer lemon thyme over regular thyme. Just like thyme, lemon thyme grows in bushes, and therefore is used for ground covering.
Chervil is generally known as a kitchen herb. In Belgium, for instance, Chervil soup is a well known specialty. Usually, for breeding one-year old chervil is being used because these are most aromatic.
